How can I check my order status?
Small weight orders:
Xrdent.com takes DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, EMS, Aramex as main shipping method.
Tracking number will be offered through email for each order from Xrdent.com.
DHL: www.dhl.com (after fly from china, about 3-7 workdays.)
Fedex: www.fedex.com (after fly from china, about 4-8 workdays.)
UPS: www.ups.com (after fly from china, about 4-8 workdays.)
TNT: www.tnt.com (after fly from china, about 4-9 workdays.)
EMS: www.ems.com.cn (after fly from china, about 7-18 workdays.)
Aramex: www.aramex.com (after fly from china, about 5-8 workdays.)
Big weight orders:
For parcels more than 200kg, air cargo is a good option. (after fly from china, about 8-20 workdays.)
For parcels more than 2CBM, sea delivery is most economic. (after out of the harbor, about 35-45 workdays.)
You may also ask your forwarder to pick up goods from us directly, we can also send goods to your forwarder as you request. In general, we will negotiate together and find the most reasonable delivery way according to your order size.
How can i returns order?
Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn’t to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.
Repair
In 1 year (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and repaired. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will repair it and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the repaired products that we ship to you. Or you can also find your local repairing place nearby and fix the faulty items, then a copy of the receipt for repairing cost is requested to send to us and we will pay the cost after check it. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistant external damage through the faulty item pictures you send to us. The repairing cost should not be reimbursed by us if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)
Replacement
Non-quality Problems
In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer through Paypal the supplementary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
Quality Problems
In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)
Return and partial refund
Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
"The product does not look like the ones in your picture."
"The product is not what I’d imagine it to be."
"I am not satisfied with this product."
"I didn’t realize before placing order that the items you sell are superior replica ones."
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
Return and full refund
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and refunded. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will give you a full refund of the purchased item (shipping fee not included).
